FAQs
- Purchase Period: Orders must be placed between 25 Aug-14 Sep, 2025.
- Purchase Channels: Purchases must be made via authorized offline dealers.
- Eligible Product Models and Gifts:
- For Pro2 orders: You can choose one wall-mounted white screen (100–150 inch), any mount(choose one of three), and 1 pair of 3D glasses as your free gifts. For France customers, the screen will be provided together with your purchase of VisionMaster Pro2. Please refer to your dealer’s arrangements for the specific collection method. To claim other gifts, you will also need to submit an application form.
- Max/Pro/Plus/Plus2 models: Not eligible for this benefit.
Applications must be submitted by August 25 and September 25 2025. Applications submitted after this date will not be accepted.
Offline purchases before September 14, the submission of the form will be 7-15 working days to review and once your application is approved, shipping will begin approximately 10 working days. After September 14, the user orders 45 working days to review and send. Actual delivery times depend on the logistics provider.
Gifts will be shipped to the address you provided in the form.
You will receive two emails. If you buy before September 14,your application was successful you will receive FIRST email,and your gifts will be sent out 10 business days , Second email you will also receive an email that gifts has been sent out. After September 14 you order, due to limited inventory, it will take 45 business days to be reviewed and sent out!
Your application will be rejected if:
- The original order information is found to be false, or
- The order has been returned.
In such cases, you will not receive the free gift.
Each projector series can participate in the campaign only once.
After your application passes verification, gifts will be shipped automatically to the address you provided in the form. No further action is required from you.
