To ensure a smooth and efficient delivery of the Max projector, we’re currently finalizing the shipping list. Since Max units will be shipped in organized batches rather than as individual orders, we need to confirm all delivery details in advance.
This includes collecting the payments for Pro2 program, so that we can include eligible backers in the shipping plan and avoid delays. Finalizing the list and verifying addresses ahead of time allows us to coordinate effectively with our logistics partners and ensure timely delivery for everyone.
Delivery timing for Max: The first Max units will begin shipping in mid-August.
Return window for Pro 2: The return window extends through the August 31st, giving you plenty of time to try out the product before making a final decision.
Please kindly note that once your returned Pro 2 arrives at our local warehouse, the inspection process may take 1–2 weeks, as each package must be checked individually. After the unit passes inspection, we will submit the shipping request for your Max to our production team.
From the time you send out your Pro 2 to the time you receive your Max, the entire process may take up to 2.5 months, taking into account the warehouse processing time and global freight lead time.
To ensure a smooth and timely delivery, we strongly encourage you to make your decision as soon as possible.
Pro 2 Early Access units enjoy the same 2-year warranty as regular retail models. You can have your new buyer apply for warranty directly through this link, which will automatically transfer the warranty to them: Extend 12 Months Warranty
However, please kindly note that the warranty period will not be extended due to the involvement of a new buyer—the warranty remains valid for two years from the date the original backer received the projector.
If you still wish to return the Pro 2, you only need to send back the Pro 2 unit itself along with the included remote control and power adapter. The complimentary desktop gimbal stand and 3D glasses do not need to be returned.
