Prepare Your Return Package

Packaging Requirements - Must Follow

1) Only return the Pro 2 main unit, the EPP protective case, the original color box, and the outer shipping carton. You could keep the power cord, remote control, and all other accessories. (include the complimentary gimbal stand and 3D glasses, as these two accessories will not be shipped together with your Max.)

2) Attach a label on the outside of the carton with the following information (printed or clearly handwritten):

Take Photos for Your Pro 2 - Must Follow

For your protection and to facilitate processing, please take clear photos as evidence. You will be required to upload these with your return form:

1) Left front view of Pro 2 main unit

2) Right front view of Pro 2 main unit

3) Rear view of Pro 2 main unit

4) Bottom view of Pro 2 main unit (showing serial number clearly)

5) The fully packaged return carton

Important Reminders:

1) The warehouse will inspect all returned products. If the product is not a genuine Pro 2 or is significantly damaged, your Max will not be shipped.

2) Return shipping & customs fees are your responsibility, as per the Early Access program terms.

3) Please use a reliable courier (such as UPS or DHL). We strongly recommend selecting a tracked and insured service. Lost or damaged parcels in transit are at your own risk.

4) Failure to provide required product photos may result in your return being unverified, and you will be responsible for any losses.

Review and Notification

After you submit the form, your information and product photos will be reviewed around 10-15 business days by our team.The result will be sent to you by email.

Max Delivery

Once your return is verified and received by our warehouse, your Max will be shipped around 10-15 business days. If there are any problems with your return (wrong item, severe damage, incorrect form info, missing photos, etc.), your Max cannot be shipped.
