Cinema Society is the official membership program for AWOL customers. Members can earn Cinema Credits through eligible purchases and selected member activities, and use them to unlock rewards, services, member benefits, and home theater upgrade opportunities.

Cinema Credits are member credits earned through eligible purchases and selected member activities. They can be used to claim approved rewards, services, accessories, and member benefits.

You can earn Cinema Credits by making eligible purchases while logged in, completing selected member tasks, completing your profile, subscribing to eligible communications, submitting eligible reviews, registering your device。

Cinema Credits from eligible purchases will be issued 30 days after the product is delivered or the order is marked as received.

If an order is canceled, returned, refused, or fully refunded, the Cinema Credits from that order will not be issued or will be deducted if already issued. For partial refunds or price adjustments, credits will be recalculated based on the final paid amount.

Yes. Cinema Credits are valid for 12 months after they are unlocked. Expired credits will be removed from your account.

Choose the reward you would like to claim and click “Redeem Now.” If you are eligible, you will receive a redemption code. Apply the code at checkout to place your order. Some rewards may require a cash payment or shipping fee.

No. Order discount coupons and product discount coupons cannot be used together. Member pricing cannot be combined with promotional discounts or additional coupon stacking.

No. Once a redemption code has been used and the order is placed, the reward cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or converted back into Cinema Credits, unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If your reward arrives damaged or defective, please contact Customer Service within 7 days of delivery.
